Single and Twin cut-off without inside scarf
Elevate your tube mill process with the KINS' ORANGE SpeedMaster saw blade. Precision-crafted for exceptional performance on blade life and cutting speed for flying cut-off applications in tube mills. Improve your productivity with long blade life, less downtime, and fast cutting.
This saw blade is designed for single cut or twin cut-off tube mills. For single tube processes where the inside scarf is removed, a KINS' ORANGE ScarfMaster saw blade is recommended.
Our applications engineers are happy to help you choose the right blade, set the machine, and conduct the first trials on location.
Ultimate FLYING CUT-OFF SOLUTION for HIGH SPEED steel cutting
This saw blade is your ultimate flying cut-off solution. With fast cutting times, it enables an extraordinarily high line speed and ensures a clean surface finish. These saw blades are designed for flying cut-off applications with a tensile strength of up to 1,000 N/mm² for processes where the inside scarf is still present. KINS' ORANGE SpeedMaster enables high tube line speeds with a long blade life, significantly reducing production costs.
Operating at suggested cutting speeds of 250 - 400 m/min and a flexible tooth load, KIN'S ORANGE SpeedMaster guarantees increased uptime and provides a cost-effective solution for tube mill needs. Details on standard saw blade configuration and cutting parameters can be found below.
Improve your cutting process with KINS' ORANGE SpeedMaster
- Extremely high line speed because of very short cutting times
- Very good surface finish, burr-free cut
- Tensile strength up to 1,000 N/mm²
- Increased uptime
Cutting applications for KINS' ORANGE SpeedMaster
KINS' ORANGE SpeedMaster is the optimal choice for cutting tubes with little to no ID-scarf up to 1,000 N/mm2 on single and twin flying cut-off applications. This saw blade can handle cutting speeds of 250 – 400 m/min with a variable tooth load ranging from 0.04 – 0.10 mm/tooth. An ideal saw blade for applications like scaffolding, furniture, automotive tubes, structural, mine bolts, and freeform profiles.
- Cutting tubes with a tensile strength up to 1,000 N/mm2 and little to no ID-scarf on single and twin flying cut-off machines
- Cutting speed: 250 – 400 m/min
- Variable tooth load 1/2/3: relation 100%/200%/0.8% - 0.05/0.10/0.04 mm/tooth.
