The KINS' GREEN Stainless Stabilizer saw blade is equipped with a specialized, thin PVD coating that offers low friction and temperature resistance. Along with a thinned cutting area, these saw blades demonstrate exceptional performance in demanding applications. They guarantee fast and efficient cutting of thin-walled stainless products, minimizing vibration, reducing burrs, diminishing the risk of tube-end deformation, and maintaining high temperature resistance. In challenging cutting conditions, this saw blade ensures optimal performance and outperforms the standard HSS blades.

Tailor your cutting speeds for optimal results: 30-50 m/min for austenitic stainless steel (300 series), 220-260 m/min for ferritic stainless steel without Ti (409 & 412), and 60-120 m/min for ferritic stainless steel with Ti (411). This versatile saw blade seamlessly integrates with (semi)automatic sawing machines and flying cut-off applications.
