Hydraulic Press

These are made as per requirement in different construction Le. 'H' Frame, 'C' Frame, Pillar Type etc. Capacity available from 10 Ton - 250 Ton. Generally the presses are based on Hydraulic Pressure System. Power Pack available with single or double pump circuit depending on requirement. Standard make of hydraulic and electrical elements are used.

ROTARY CYLINDER

Hydraulic Rotary Cylinders are suitable for operating Hydraulic Chuck or Collets. This cylinder is mounted on the back side of Lathe Spindle and it operates the chuck or collet through a draw bar attached with piston rod of cylinder. A non-contacting type rotary joint is provided with cylinder which is free from maintenance. This joint gives certain amount of oil leakage for which one outlet is provided. Cylinder is mounted in horizontal position.

MANUALLY OPERATED DIRECTION VALVE

This valve issuitable to operate Hydraulic Rotary Cylinder and can withstand pressure upto 30Kg/ cm^2. The valve can be positioned anywhere on the Lathe Machine as per convenience of operator.
